All Boston Academic Tutors™ are independent tutors who charge very reasonable rates. We offer teaching quality equal to or surpassing that of the famous test prep and study skills schools. But because we are a consortium of independent tutors without a brick-and-mortar classroom and we don't run slick ads or have a flashy website, we are able to pass on the savings to you, our students! A travel surcharge of $20 - $80 per lesson may apply in cases where the tutor must drive some distance to the student's home or study locale. Students always have the option of taking their lessons at the tutor's home. Please ask regarding rates for further travel.
